Hiring Referrals
If you know talented professionals who would be a strong fit for Seetusk’s full-time roles, you can recommend them to our team. Successful long-term hires earn you a referral reward.
Client Referral Rewards
For New Client Referrals
When a brand you refer signs a project contract with Seetusk, the referral qualifies for a reward. In such cases, both you and the referred client become eligible, making it a mutually beneficial outcome.

Hiring Referral Rewards
If a candidate referred by you:
Joins Seetusk in a full-time role, and
Successfully completes a minimum tenure of three months
You become eligible for:

This structure ensures rewards are tied to sustainable team growth and confirms that the referral was a strong, long-term fit.

Referring someone to Seetusk is intentionally quick and low-effort. Most referrals can be submitted in under a minute.

Eligibility Criteria
Client Referrals
A client referral is considered successful only when:
A formal project contract has been signed between Seetusk and the referred brand
Initial discussions, proposals, or verbal confirmations do not qualify as successful referrals.

Hiring Referrals
To qualify for a hiring referral reward:
The role must be full-time
The candidate must complete at least three months with Seetusk
Referrals from HR or Talent Acquisition team members are excluded to prevent conflicts of interest

Reward Timelines
Clear timelines are in place to set expectations and ensure transparency.
Hiring referrals: Rewards are released after the candidate completes three months, followed by an additional seven-day processing window
Client referrals: Rewards are released once the project contract has been signed
If a reward is not received within seven days of eligibility, contact melbin@seetusk.com
Reward Delivery
Once a referral reward is approved:
Amazon vouchers are sent via email to the address shared during referral submission
Physical rewards, such as AirPods, are shipped to the address provided in the referral form
Ensuring accurate contact and delivery details helps avoid fulfilment delays.
FAQs
Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?
No. You can submit as many referrals as you like, as long as each meets the eligibility criteria.
Will I be notified if my referral is unsuccessful?
Yes. Both the referrer and the referred party are notified by email once the referral process concludes.
Can I earn rewards for multiple successful referrals?
Yes. Consecutive successful referrals are allowed. For processing, contact melbin@seetusk.com with full details.
Do Amazon vouchers expire?
Yes. Each voucher includes an expiry date, which is shared at the time of delivery.

Seetusk reserves the right to verify referrals, approve or reject submissions, and withhold rewards in case of fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate referrals.
Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated.
Amazon vouchers are subject to Amazon’s terms and expiry conditions.
Seetusk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral programme or rewards at any time without prior notice.
All decisions made by Seetusk regarding referral eligibility and reward issuance shall be final and binding.
